After being locked in for two months due to COVID I spent the entire time on the couch eating. I gained over twenty pounds, none of my clothes fit, and I was over 250. I was horrified and when I went back to work I had to order larger work shirts. I was sore everyday I got off work because I’d gotten so used to not moving.…

I’m twenty pounds down and I can officially say that when in sitting in the dining room my thighs no longer touch the table.

Great job. I hate dieted in the past, avoided all my favorite foods, lost weight, and then regained. This time I’m eating what I want. If I tell myself I can’t have Mexican food I’m just going to want it even more and binge on it later. Moderation is key. If I want to keep this weight off I need to be honest with myself…

This may be TMI but my turning point (aside from some embarrassing photos) was the feeling like my back needed a bra just to hold my back fat in. My boyfriend would squeeze my back fat and it still disgusts me. 13 pounds down-80 to go.

Great job! I’ve lost 15 pounds eating Chick Fil A for dinner four nights a week. I’ve been craving it like crazy and it fits well into my calorie limit.

Great job!

You look 10 years younger. Great work.

I completely understand. My boyfriend does 28 days on and 28 days off the riverboat. When he is gone I eat great. I cook enough for single portions and don’t eat out. When he is home I cook a lot and we eat out often. It’s harder but I know the problem is with me and not him.

Mine is so I am not afraid to take pictures. Seriously, all vacations, reunions, etc I spend hiding from cameras. I want to take a picture and know I won’t hate myself when I see it later.

I can really tell a difference. Great job. Keep it up!!!

I am a waitress at two jobs. I walk an average of 25,000-30,000 steps a day about five days a week. Before that I worked an office job and was steadily gaining weight. Waitressing has kept me from gaining weight, but didn't help me lose any. The problem was all with my diet.

Wow. You look great!!! Awesome job.

I've been listening to Bad at Love by Halsey and it gets me going!!!

Lady Gaga station. Those beats get me in the mood to move.

Great job!

This is why I stopped weighing myself. I go by how my clothes fit and how I feel. I have no idea how much weight I'm losing a week but I know that by making my healthier food choices and working out that it's better then before. Once my clothes start getting too big I'll weigh myself but until then I'm afraid I'll get too…

Great job!!

New stretch marks that had nothing to do with getting taller!

I drink a slimfast a couple hours after dinner. It's satisfies my sweet craving and satisfies me until I go to bed.

Great Job!!!

I use them for an evening snack after dinner when I start to get hungry again and when I crave something sweet. I love the way they taste and they are so much cheaper than Slimfast. I wouldn't count on them as a complete meal replacement but as something you can have when you are starting to get hungry but don't have many…

I buy the Equate Walmart brand shakes and I love them. I usually drink mine in the late evening when I am just a little hungry and want something sweet.
-
Awesome! You look so much younger!

Honestly I wouldn't weigh myself until a couple of weeks in because with my experience once I start exercising after taking a long break I usually gain weight from water retention and lose motivation, even though the weight is only temporary.

I feel like I'm constantly trying to help other people do things that make them a better version of themselves and it makes me feel like a hypocrite. How can I help them when I don't even have enough self control to be healthy? I'm doing it to make myself proud of me! :)

I think it's whatever works for you. If I eat absolutely nothing I feel weak and dizzy. If I eat a heavy meal or drink too much I feel nauseated. I usually just eat oatmeal or a banana an hour before.

Dunkin donuts has a happy hour everyday where you can get a large iced coffe for .99 cents. I went there everyday for a year. That was 300-400 calories a day just in that one coffee. I haven't had one in a month and I don't miss it. It was truly just an addiction.

I love having a cup of 1% low fat chocolate milk. Curbs my sweet tooth and makes me feel even fuller.
