Has anyone used the equate meal replacement shakes and has had success

    I don't think this meal replacement differs significantly from any other meal replacement, but to answer your question, I guess it depends on what you mean by success.

    I have not. I have tried them in the past and they were extremely chalky, similarly to slim fast. I personally recommend premier protein ready to go liquid. If you buy them in bulk from Costco or Sams they’re cheaper, but I find that they kept me fuller longer.

    I use them for an evening snack after dinner when I start to get hungry again and when I crave something sweet. I love the way they taste and they are so much cheaper than Slimfast. I wouldn't count on them as a complete meal replacement but as something you can have when you are starting to get hungry but don't have many calories left.
