This week my goals are: 1. eat enough protein in the morning 2. Cut back on the carbs 3. Work out two or more times before Sunday Three great things about me: I care deeply about the people around me and try my best to help and protect them. I love to make people laugh. I don't let go until I'm done.

I would like to one a week but don't have a scale, I weighed in at the drs the weeks ago Thursday. I would like to go and weigh in again. But pants that didn't for are now!

I got a mile and a half done, five min on elliptical, and drank 12 glasses today.

My goals are *12 cups of water a day *Swim free style or breast stroke for at least five minutes two times this week. *Get in the gym and do elliptical for at least five minutes at least twice this week. *Get ten miles walked/hiked. *Have a weekly average of under my calorie goal

I refuse to buy ff sf coffee creamer. It taste like crap. I will use spends and regular non flavored creamer like half n half in my coffee though.

About twelve years ship i weighed 240lbs after i lost a lotof weight. I remember being able to slowly jog non stop for a mile and a half to two miles! It was an amazing feeling!

I tried the c25k once. I think i got shin splints. I was bummed because i just ciu l dnt do it. Maybe i will aftrr i lose like forty or fifty pounds.

I like doing makeup, I don't always have the tone and because I'm a stay at home mom its like what's the point of using my really nice make up if I'm staying home. But I tell you what, if I'm feeling crummy I always feel better after I fix myself up.

I did that last night. Today I'm going to go for a hike and burn it off. You can do it. Just one tiny step off the path.
