  • I've started, but still have a lot to do! I'm really resenting it this year to be honest. I feel more and more like we don't need things, but no one else seems to agree so i'm sort of stuck. Next year ill hopefully be in a better position to plan ahead and sort things that aren't just tat and rubbish, without breaking the…
  • I've learned not to doubt myself, to trust my gut instinct, and to hold strong on doing what i genuinely want to do, not going for what others think i should do. Shame its a year too late!
  • Just so exhausted. I'm not sure how much more i can keep doing and giving.
  • Thank you everyone, i appreciate the support! I think i was just hoping to feel better at intervals, after the photo at New Years showing such changes and making me feel so good, but youre all right. I have been a steady weight for a little bit and need to amp it up again, but i have 9 months to hit my target of 5kg so i…
  • I have been doing a lot of work on this lately, and was finally at a place where i could say i loved my body, until someone made a comment this morning and now i feel all that doubt coming back. Crumbling.
  • I put my wedding dress on at the weekend 7 months after buying it, 10 months until the big day, and its fits SO much better than before! My back doesnt spill over the top and i actually have visible shoulder blades. Im so bloody happy!
  • Precision Nutrition really is the dogs B for nutrition qualifications if thats the route you want!
  • Man and cheese for me, but my homemade version. It was the first dish i learned how to cook from scratch and it reminds me of achieving in the face of chaos.
  • The funny guy everyone knew.
  • They'd struggle to do a worse job than me so i'll take 4 please!
  • Cold pizza <3 its my favourite and requires so little effort!
  • Hope youre able to find someone to take a look into it! As a rookie when i first started weight training i aggravated unknown sciatica and carried on deadlifting and squatting for close to 6 months before it got too much and i went and saw a physio. Turns out my hips are a little wonky and it was pinching my sciatic nerve!…
  • 1. I'm already counting down to my lunch break. 2. All i can hear is the bass of the radio in the flat above, i feel for their shift worker neighbour. 3. I'm doubting that i've even lost the weight fitbit says i have from my tracking.
  • Spicy foods in general. Really in a phase of wanting some pezang in my foods now!
  • The best workout is the one you can stick to - so until your goals really need a focus and a shift, stick with what just makes you feel good. A time will come where it will need to be structured but for now theres really no harm in just going with what you like and can sustain.
  • When i was about 14 a guy in my sisters year at school (3 years older) walked by our house to go to and from school every day. Fair enough, it was his route and that was that but then i started to notice he would wait at school until i had left and would stay behind me a few ft for the whole walk. There were a couple days…
  • Really appreciate the positive feedback and Liaoverbrook sharing your experience! Hopefully we can all find a headspace that works for us and doesnt allow the negativity to get too much. All were trying to do is live our best life!
  • I'm sick of having to justify my meal choices if i have something someone else deems a "bad food". Having had a messed up approach to nutrition for years with very disordered eating, i am trying really hard to get away from good and bad foods, and i will allow myself things that aren't poster perfect for health and fitness…
  • Might not be any help as im UK based and i know its quite different here, but as a fitness professional its ALWAYS worth being qualified. No matter how knowledgeable someone is, you gain more respect from having the qualifications that back it up. You'll also need the insurance too! As a profession though, be ready to work…
  • I'm just realllly let down by the absolute disservice they did to basically everyone. No issue with Dany, she was always going to go that route, but why spend SO MANY seasons with Jamie, his twists and turns into a better person, for him to turn back into a shrivelled little balls*ck in Cersi's pocket? We hardly saw Jon,…
  • I had this, so i looked at new sports. i took up obstacle course racing, it put my strength to the test and mentally was a nice challenge to! Maybe look fore events that are a little out the box for you.
  • I've pretty much maintained since the new year, and most definitely the last month without exercise. I was exercising up until a month ago really, but i cut back on calories to make up for it and its worked fine, but im on about 1200cals a day. I do general walking and stuff as part of my routine but thats all.
  • Bedfordshire here!! Welcome

  • Taco Bowls - life changing.
  • Getting asked if i've tried this shake or that diet...NO its just so annoying. People cant comprehend just healthy eating and exercising...
  • Arya states in the same episode she isn't a lady though, and marriage and name or not Stark blood is Stark blood. Family is everything to them.
  • best at football and was the popular guy!
  • I dont know the value or my ring, nor do i care. What i care about is the fact my fiance designed it FOR me, and its so much more than i could have ever imagined. To me its the love and heart he poured into the process that has proven to me really quite how much i mean to him and how seriously he takes it commitment. I…
