You should try canning homemade apple butter also. My kids love it. We eat it on waffles, toast and peanut butter sandwiches (to name a few). Its super easy to make in the crockpot--I let mine cook overnight then process in the morning. Your house will smell absolutely divine :)!

This is what I don't get... if this stuff is amazing as they claim it is you would think that it would be sold anywhere and everywhere, but instead I have to go to my second cousin's wife's sister to buy it.

I've been on bioidenticals for about a year and a half. Mine are like little grains of rice that are inserted in my tush about every four months. Thanks for the advice and education. I am up to about 3 sets of 40 and am about 6lbs from my goal weight, so I figured now is the time to shape (def. not tone) things up. I just want to make sure that I'm making the best use of my time at the gym and getting a nicer butt and legs in the process.

I had the Jawbone Up3 (after waiting months for it)--it was a piece of junk! It wouldn't sync to any device. I now have the Fitbit Charge HR and absolutely love it!!

I like to have a cup of hot tea. Depending on which kind I'm in the mood for, I might add some stevia or a bit of almond milk to it. I take my time drinking it and it fills me up.

How do you enable the negative calorie adjustments? I am having a similar experience. Say if I'm running on the treadmill, I'll set my stopwatch on my fitbit and it says that I burn 200 calories. I can't get that activity to show up on MFP.

Just got my Charge HR about 2 weeks ago. I love it!! Still having a bit of trouble syncing--but I'm working around it. Would love to have a "buddy" if anyone is interested.
