Wait, if you think about,i was using this serving the whole time, and i was still dropping fat with it so does that really matter? Unless my body requires a greater deficit now after my weight loss, then it would make sense I'm going to fix the label, btw how do you create your own entry? @SezxyStef

Yeah all the calories are slightly different for chicken depending on which I choose. I'm going to double check this time. @SezxyStef

@ninerbuff Because I'm going to "clean bulk" while minimizing fat gain as low as possible, even though its slower to gain muscle mass its worth it

Well my weight has always gone down gradually in linear fashion unless i overate, it also never has gone up 4 days in a row while on a deficit. Must be over thinking it i guess. @stevencloser

Cant be intake of sodium, its been around the same, everyday. Weigh myself every morning at the same time. (Weight was going up on lower carb days as well sat&sun) Weight has gradually been going up since Friday thats 4 days going up from 145.2 to now 147.4 @synacious

In the same boat man, I feel like in stuck in that 11-13% bf range, in trying to hit 10% so I can start a reverse diet and it isnt easy haha

I just took a non stim fat burner and it was amazingg. Of course its not necessary but it definitely helps. I had way more energy for my workout and I wasnt "hangry" afterwords I was calm and actually more upbeat.

I wouldnt distract yourself by watching anything, I find running on any machines extremely boring as well, what helped me was running outside and doing high intensity interval training which is challenging so you dont have time to get bored

@arditarose well i have been yo yo dieting for a pretty long time now where i would lose weight during the week and gain it all back on the weekends, not sure if my metabolism is messed up or not

@richln well i havent been low carbing ive been at 45%. So i shouldnt expect a big rebound at all. If i go for the second method you mentioned would it be beneficial for me to maintain that weight for a few weeks first or can I just start slowly bumping my calories every week once i hit my goal?

Its cones out sweet enough with the vanilla protein powder i use I used the sweetned version of the milk before (taste more amazing) but im cutting down on sugar!

Am i qualified with a piece of paper... no Have i lost weight done a lot of research and studied and actually been through experience in dofferent diets and fitness yes! So id say that my qualifications is just my experience and knowledge i gained
