Amazing Protein Fruit Smoothie

Delicous Smoothie takes a few minutes and is great post workout! Make sure you freeze your fruits the night before the taste makes a big difference!
Reciept
- 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Frozen Bananna
- 2 oz of frozen blueberries
- 1 Scoop of your vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop of chia seeds(optional but still great)
ENJOY THE AMAZING SHAKE
(dont get addicted)

    I really like this one:
    -1 cup unsweeted almond milk
    -1/2 frozen banana
    -2-3 dates
    -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
    -1 tbs PB2
