Hi I'm Rob been using mfp since 12th January to help with fitness drive. Lost nearly half my body fat so far only 2kg more to hit 10% target. 10 weeks hard work and no cheat days taking their toll now... Need to keep going to get it over the line. motivation or any ideas on how to get rid of the last bit welcome

In the same boat man, I feel like in stuck in that 11-13% bf range, in trying to hit 10% so I can start a reverse diet and it isnt easy haha0

Yep trying to get rid of the last bit so I can go into a bulking cycle. I am carb cycling and doing fasted cardio hurting but won't move!0
