I made my own almond milk today its taste great, but how do I measure the calories in each cup?
I used a cup of almond and 4 cups of water ratio

Are you straining it and tossing the pulp?

Always thought about making my own, but never could figure out the calories after the fact. Would be interested to know if there was any way to find out.

    I don't think it's "of course." When I make almond milk, I don't strain it. That's why I asked.

If I was straining almond milk, I would weigh the almonds before making the milk, weigh the pulp afterwards, and then use the difference as the basis for determining how many calories were in it. I'm not sure this is 100% accurate, but it's the best suggestion that I have.
