Previous weight: 178.1 lbs This week: 176.9 lbs I leave tomorrow for 5 nights to a music festival, so I won't be logging, be eating crap and drinking loads. But... Will be doing loads of walking and dancing. We'll see what damage is done next Tuesday lol!

No more migraines! And as an added bonus that totally made my day today. I had my annual work health screening, and the scales there read 169.8 lbs. I've never been in the 160's as an adult, so seeing that meant loads! Perhaps I should change the batteries in my home scale lol

I treat it like spinach. I add it to pasta dishes (just throw it in the water while the pasta is boiling), or steam it and have it at as a side, or stuffed in chicken with cheese. Apparently, you can spritz it with spray oil, add some salt/pepper and pop it in the oven to make kale chips, but I've never tried that.

I've lowered my deficit to 500 calories after my maintenance break, aiming for around 1 pound a week loss. My TDEE is 2400 - 2500 calories, currently averaging around 1850 calories (1400-2000 depending on the day and how hungry I am) and losing about 1 - 1.25 pounds a week. I'm 5'5", 179lbs and 35.

There's a little bakery in my town's market that makes the best scones, and they are HUGE! We're talking 250g (8ish oz) and 670ish calories and cost only 50p. Occasionally, I'll have one replacing breakfast, morning snack and lunch. I never hit my protein goals on those days, but totally worth it.

Totally forgot today was Tuesday... long weekend off work for Easter :wink: Previous weight: 182 lbs This week: 181.4 lbs I think a bit is still water weight from salt (we had ham) and loads of chocolate that I ate on Sunday. But it's in the right direction, and about a pound to go until I'm out of the obese bracket of BMI!
