Welcome back :) I unfortunately let mine get out of hand. I lost 45 lbs and gained 35 back. You got this. My struggle is stress eating. I'm just taking it one meal at a time one pound at a time.

Frozen cherries.. so good and tastes like candy but fruit

People are trying to help you... why get mad. It is physically impossible to lose 20 pounds of "fat" in 2 weeks.. end of story. If you did lose that much "water weight" as soon as you started eating/drinking again you'd gain it back so NO it's not 20 pounds that will stay off like doing things the right way.
-
Exactly what everyone here is saying... it's impossible to lose that much "fat" in 2 weeks. Sorry slow and steady is the best way to go.. your way is not even possible

I've had 3 ACL reconstruction surgeries (out of 9 total) and my advice is listen to your doctor. Don't rush healing and listen to your body. Training will take time. I still can't squat a lot or lunge but I adjust and don't do it if it hurts. Also exercise that requires a lot of knee strain I'd suggest wearing a brace.…

I'd Love to join :)

I've been through 9 knee surgeries on my left knee so I understand your concern... swimming is great to. I started with that and have worked up to kickboxing and elliptical isn't too hard either. Good luck :) I had to start slow and listen to my body.

I can relate girl.... my boyfriend gave me an ultimatum last year.. lose weight or I'm leaving. At the time I was teetering at 190... Ive lost over 40 pounds and since then we broke up and got back together and now recently broke up again because I was still a bigger unattractive woman to him. Don't stay. It only gets…
-
Or a guy, who after losing over 40 lbs still tells you that youre a "bigger, unattractive girl he can't date" even though he's more overweight than you..... let's say he's my ex now.

I'd say myself.... I tend to sabotage my own progress by emotional eating and binging for days on end. Getting back up is harder every time I fall but I try to stay positive and work through my triggers.
-
I'm so sorry you have that going on. I struggle with PTSD from childhood and a traumatic event as an adult. Today was a rough day for me emotionally and I completely over ate... I did catch myself and finally just fell to the floor and cried. I'd love to help you and would love help ad well. I'll add you as a friend :)

Grew up in Kansas and now live in Washington state

I have. Last year he gave me an ultimatum.. lose weight by our anniversary or I'm leaving. It crushed me. It did motivate me to start bettering myself. I went from 180 to now 153. He wasn't nice about it the whole time i was busting my butt and after a while I realized it was mental and emotional abuse. I left last month…

I'm the same way. In fact I just caught myself after a 2 week slip up. Getting back up and back on the band wagon shows huge strength in people. I had to face reality and am trying to figure out what my triggers are that cause me to spiral out of control.

I love premier protein shakes. They have 30g of protein per shake and keep me full for awhile.
-
Last time I did keto/low carb I dropped weight really fast. This time around I bet I've only lost a pound this week. Should I drop carbs to 30 or 40
-
Keto is really low carb. Normally 20g or less. Low carb is more flexible. Some people do 50g or less, some do 100g or less.

Nuts ? Or peanut butter.

Count me in I love helping and getting help. :)

5 4 and weight 148. Trying to get down around 120 range and start training for bikini competitions. I eat 1200 to 1400 calories a day and doing LCHF
-
I just started a multivitamin today. I've also been trying up fluids a lot and take it easy.
-
I agree with all the above plus know that you're human... if losing weight was easy every one would be skinny. I fall off the wagon and get right back up and try again. Having to work harder to get back to where I was before a binge makes me think harder and stay disiplined for longer.
-
Hey there :) I'm also doing keto and will be doing IF once I get through the keto flu. Lol. I'd love to have support as well as give it :)
-
I'd say schedule and plan for a cheat meal. Yes a whole day screws my efforts up and even has caused me to binge day or two after. Don't think of it as a bad thing or you'll want it more. I do 1 meal planned out where I know I'll still be in deficit. Good luck :)

I'll be in heaven if I find one !!!

Face boobs legs arms stomach last :(

I love it I do 16:8 and low carb. Have been having tons of success now that I've experimented with different things.
-
I normally do 16:8 and low carb together. It only helps me with calorie deficit. I love it :)
-
Now I'll have to look for diet cream soda. Didn't know there was one !!!!

I mix up what I have.... diet mountain dew is my fav.... Coke vanilla zero or cherry zero. I do drink flavored seltzer water at home :)
