GNC Total Lean

Hello there, I'm just beginning my weight loss journey after slowly gaining about 60lbs over the few years that I nearly noticed. I know sounds horrible but it crept up on me. I honestly didn't notice to much until I went to shop for a wedding dress and seen myself in the mirror. The dress was beautiful, myself I didn't feel the same about. Anyway, I'm posting since I'm trying to get reviews or opinions on the gnc total lean shakes. I'm not a breakfast person and even when I did I usually make some form of smoothie that I can drink on the drive. Has anyone used this for weight loss or as a supplement to get extra protein?

Nothing special about it. Like most whey shakes, it's likely manufactured by a 3rd party and just their name slapped on it.

I tried the birthday cake total lean bar and wasn't impressed. However, just recently I discovered their line of pumpkin and stocked up on four (4-count) packs of their bottles and two bags of the protein powder. The pumpkin total lean is amazing! I will always prefer Quest for normal protein powder, but this one may have been a little better honestly. If you love pumpkin it's worth getting, but if you don't then I would save your money and purchase from the vitamin shoppe instead, it's so much cheaper and the rewards program is better (not to mention free)!

I love premier protein shakes. They have 30g of protein per shake and keep me full for awhile.

Waaaaaay to expensive! I can get a large can of protein shake with equivalent nutrition (protein, carbs, vitamins, minerals, etc.) or better for fewer calories, for 1/3 of the cost at Walmart or Target. And those shakes have less than 1/2 of the calories too! (170 calories vs. 70 calories for Six Star Fit protein isolate protein powder).

    Hi
You can prepare your own shakes. Just find a whey protein you like and blended with some fruit and milk you like
    You will save money
I use whey protein isolate, a banana and almond milk.
