I ate eggs, ham, chicken, and a salad with cheese prior to my binge. I'm getting hungry now.

According to the MFP calculator, I still have 965 calories, 256 carbs, 52 in protein and 7 in sugars. I'm behind the 8 ball with fat by 26 grams and sodium by 690 but my sodium is low anyways.

If it is not safe to trust the treadmill, how can you calculate how many calories you burn?

I tried a low carb diet and I just can't do it so you are probably right with the binge based on unnecessary restrictions. I walked on the treadmill at different inclines ranging from 7.5-15.0 at 3 mph for 3 miles for 3 hours.

I'm so sorry for what you are going through. People in the U.S. can be just as unkind and cruel. If you need a friend to talk to, just friend me.
