My weight loss has been very slow as well so far this past month and a half (1.6 lbs according to the new scale). I am trying to stay consistent and lose some weight for my wedding this summer. I have my bridal shower Easter Weekend (as I live over 7 hours from my family) so I would love to have some decent progress around then. I go to the washroom and do some squats and counter top push ups. I am drinking so much water now its about every couple of hours at the least. I have also started trying to get some sort of exercise before work and after. Minimum of 10 minutes in the morning. I feel like it is making all the difference.

I make sure to have a treat meal and dessert once a week. I find this works for me as I get excited planning on what I want my treat to be. Also because I don't eat it as often I find it tastes so much better. I still track it in my food diary that way I stay consistent with my tracking. On top of this I use visualization…

Feel free to add me! Also I don't consider calorie counting as dieting. I just tracked my first week of normal eating then focused on getting all I need without consuming as many calories. Seems to be working so far lol

Starting a few days late, but I am in! Going to try to go for 60 mins even with the week late start! Love the graphics for the different plank styles, I found this very helpful and encouraging to try.
