    1/6 - 2 minutes. Longest was 50 seconds! Added a day of resting my core yesterday. I have confidence I can add minutes in a couple weeks once I can do this for 2 minutes straight!
    8/60 for the month.

    January 1st: 2×2, 1×1 = 5 minutes straight arms
    January 2nd: 1×1 elbow plank, 2×1 straight arms, 4×30 seconds side planks = 5 minutes
    January 3d: 1×1 elbow plank, 2×1 straight arms =3
    January 4th: 2×1, 1×2, straight arms =4
    January 5th: 5 minutes (mixed planks)
    January 6th: 3 minutes straight arms

    Total: 25 minutes

    Lesson learnt: don't plank at the end of cardio; best at the beginning, ideally after warmup.

    Am plank 1m x2 ... only to find I had to do 3 slow sets of 10 plank hip dips in my am strength training session- totally counting it cuz you know I dang well timed them 😂

    Starting a few days late, but I am in! Going to try to go for 60 mins even with the week late start!

    Love the graphics for the different plank styles, I found this very helpful and encouraging to try.

    I do the EMI Wong 10 minute plank. It is hard but fun if you can make it to the end. Highly recommended

    Didn’t even attempt. Banged out a solitary burpee and that’s it. Body needs to have a day off is all. Keep at it you beasts!

    Hi I am in. A little late but I will still aim for 60 mins for the month of jan. I will do 3 minutes of planks every day.
