    Trying to tackle "5 Minute Plank Workout"
    Jan 02: 3 min total-60 sec Full Plank, 30 sec elbow- 30 sec raised leg (15 sec/leg), 60 sec. side (30 sec/side)

    3x a week, 5 min plank finisher.
    30 seconds: forearms, straight arm, r side, l side, plank forearms to straight arms up/downs.

    Tried it in the am before anything else: still only 1 minute but I managed FOUR rounds of the same! ( I don’t count anything under 30seconds)

    Yup. Definitely a morning thing for me.

    Only 1x1m effort tonite. (Did burpees instead of planking this morning. And then a 10km run/walk. ) fingers crossed I built momentum over this month! 🙂
