What is a EMI Wong 10 minute plank?

I googled it and found on YouTube. I only lasted 4 first 45 sec intervals, but think that it's ok for the first attempt. I will practise.

Had a moment this afternoon at work when I realized I had forgot to try on a plank today. No time like the present, I thought, and went to the ground right there and then.

Sure will be happy when I get better at this.
    Thirty seconds feels embarrassing. ๐Ÿ™„

Have you tried alternating the type of planks? Side planks give me the chance to recharge? You can also try to take short breaks, say 30 sec and then resume.

@dewit Thatโ€™s a good idea - cuz the side hip dip planks were easier for some reason. I will try out a small mixed routine this weekend. ๐Ÿ‘

I'm late seeing this, but would still like to join in. Need to add more core to my workout routine. 22 days left in January so my goal is 45 mins for the month.

It's hard to stay motivated when I know that after Tuesday I shall be weak as a kitten and won't be able to do any exercise for weeks - months before I'm back to my current level of activities.
