    60 minutes in January 🀞
    Today I managed half a minute on elbows, rather than do nothing. ( sore from a cough and a bunch of burpees yesterday.

    Great job everyone!
    I took a couple days rest due to a bad cold virus. Back at it. Goal increased to 3 minutes a day to try and finish at 60. the good news is I can do one entire minute for my first round! Started at 30 seconds!
