Looks like 3min are optimal, but I guess I'll push myself a little further and aim for 4:00 next month, on average I do mixed, don't imagine I can hold one position for more than 45 sec.

I had hoped to get a bit closer to 50 mins by the end of the month. I shouldn’t have taken those 10 days off. Since I was able to start holding the planks for longer, I think I will see about increasing my goal next month.3 -
