Ugh, there is literally a stop sign across the street from me, but facing away from the house. Do I dare be the weird neighbor that goes out in the dark to take a picture of it? Haha... hmmm... edit: nope, my new neighbors are outside. If no one gets one by morning I'll do it.

Oh geez, ok so I don't want to break the game and I'm off for the night, so if no one can find a green car we can change it to a picture of the next thing you make to eat.

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate. I try to buy the bags of the snack-sized pieces with the intention to eat in moderation, but it never lasts more than a day or two.

Ok, so I had to go to my neighbors (sister's house, not random neighbor) back porch and dig through the toy box to find this. I did not put my finger in the pic, but can go back and do it again if need be, but I'd rather not because rain and bugs, haha Show me a green car.

you decide.

Don't mind my painfully broken nail... Let me see a picture of your favorite love-song lyric handwritten.

Not a huge fan of spiders, but I found this guy with a huge circular web that covered half of one of my sliding glass doors. He was about 2 inches long with his legs extended. I'm pretty sure it's an orb weaver, like the spider from Charlotte's Web.

I was going to try and be creative with this but figured it's late and I'd more than likely burn down my kitchen, so basic it is :) Show me something you made/crafted/built...

Nothing too eventful in there. Plastic bag from takeout last night, paper towels, and cinnamon roll container from this morning. Show me something sweet and colorful. (doesn't necessarily have to be food, and "sweet" is subjective)

Technically you could with a mirror, haha

Show me something you couldn't live without.

Tiny purchase, but it's the most recent. Show me inside your fridge. No clean-up allowed.

Slightly embarrassing, but not as bad as it was 2 months ago with like 6 ben& jerry's :/ Bottom we have popcicles and mint choc chip ice cream, then cut up chicken breast, a few lbs of ground beef, english muffins, chorizo, and a bin for ice, then broccoli (obvi, haha) bacon turkey burgers on top of the broccoli, hot…

We have wild turkeys that roam the neighborhood and come right up to our doors, haha

My petty reason is that there were a certain few in high school that were so horrible to me about my weight and other things that it still bothers me to this day sometimes. Like they would go out of their way to make my day miserable by coming to the complete opposite end of the school they needed to be on just to poke fun…

Just about everything causes me anxiety. I would never leave the house if I didn't worry so much about people thinking there was something wrong with me for not leaving the house. So I get anxiety about going anywhere and I get anxiety when I haven't gone anywhere in a while. It's weird. If I was true to myself I'd…

Burger, fries, and milkshake from 5 Guys!! I'm trying really hard not to go and get it. It's only 1.8 miles from my house so if I do decide to cave I'll be walking back and forth to try and work off some of the calories.

This!! Except receiving calls is somehow worse for me, especially if I don't know who is calling. I have such anxiety abut the phone that I've actually fallen behind on bills when all that was required was a phone call. I could have made the call and avoided the fee, but I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Reaching the lowest weight I've been in probably 15+ years. Still have a long way to go, but this morning my weigh-in was incredibly motivating!

I smiled today because despite a horrible week of not tracking and eating what I wanted when i wanted and feeling miserable about it I still somehow managed to have a loss this week. That made me smile and renewed my motivation to track and make good choices.

I've been eating around 1400 calories 6 days a week and up to 2200 on the 7th day. So I'm averaging about 1500 calories a day for the week. It is working far better for weight loss than when I cut my calories down to 1200 a day. Don't be afraid to eat your calories. I increased mine from the 1200 a day I started with and…

If you use a kindle reader or app you can find a bunch of free cookbooks on amazon. The selections change all the time but I always see a bunch of keto cookbooks on there. Here is a link to a post explaining how to find them. It's pretty easy.

Spinach and feta chicken burger on a toasted bun with caramelized onions and bbq sauce with bacon wrapped asparagus on the side. It was delicious!

Feel free to add me everyone. I just started tracking again and my diary is open to friends. Not sure how much it could inspire meal ideas since I do omad (one meal a day) but it's open to keep me accountable.

Here is an article from the obesity research journal that has some info on fasting. I have been doing omad (23:1) for 4 weeks now and it has been amazing. It's keeping me in a deficit and I'm losing steadily and feel great physically and mentally. I am trying to lower my carbs too, but I'm not sure I'd be able to sustain…

Hi, I'm 37 and started at 280 and am now at 249. I've gone back and forth with "good intentions" on losing weight and getting healthy. But 3 weeks ago something clicked into place and it all just feels right now. That doesn't mean it feels easy for me, but the mental blocks that were there every other time aren't there…

Anyone can add me. I haven't been tracking on mfp, I use cronometer to track vitamins and minerals also, but I do come here daily to record weight and to check out the forums. Female, 37. 5'6" starting weight 280, current weight 247. I created a blog that I post daily updates on and I'm doing omad (one meal a day) and it…

I love fast food. They make it taste so good. I have limited myself to once a week and I work it into my calories before I even leave the house. Sometimes it does make me feel a little "blah" afterwards, but apparently not bad enough to stop eating it. People love to preach calories in - calories out as the be all - end…

I hit 779 today and that's the longest by far I've ever had.
