I take Epsom salt baths once a week. I swear by them. They're amazingly relaxing. But it is a detox and causes you to sweat out toxins (if you stay in the right amount of time) it will cause dehydration, so drink a lot of water.

My skin has cleared up a lot but that started mostly when I completely cut soda out of my diet months ago. I've heard low carb has positive effects on your skin though ( other than the weird bruising which I'm dealing with now )
