I've lost 6lbs this week. Brings my total weight loss for this challange to 10 lbs. I have 20 lbs to go!

For snooze options just set more than one alarm! I use it as my alarm. I have a "warning you're about to have to get up" alarm and a "get your *kitten* up" alarm. Initially it scared the *kitten* out of me and I jump up and my heart was racing lol but now I'm used to it and it's great! I'm not a heavy sleeper though.

I haven't consistently eaten breakfast since I was 15. I'm just usually not a morning eater. It makes me feel sluggish and sick a lot of times and I'm simply not hungry.
-
Oh no that's fine for closing it. I completely forgot about it! I'm ready now lol
-
What's the challange?
-
I want to lose 15lbs and I'm undecided on the costume
-
Depends.on the seriousness of it. I have PMDD so it wasn't an excuse for me as some people might think. Take vitamin B complex and saint.johns wart. See if that helps.
-
Are you weighing your food? Do you exercise?
-
So how do you stop from over eating? If things don't match until midnight it's a little too late at that point. Sorry that's still rally confusing for me.
-
She says to have a rest day every 6 days but you can tailor it so it fits in your life. I started a little over a month ago. It gets so much easier I promise!
-
So my very last goal I have 63 lbs I want to lose. I have it set at losing 2 lbs a week. Should I change it to 1.5lbs or does it matter? I'm confused. I don't want to lose muscle. I want to to this in the most healthy sustainable way.
-
Interesting. Thank you!
-
Yes that. I've actually read it a few times here so I was curious where that kind of info came from.
-
Yes it showed my heart rate in the target zone or a little above the entire time (except for part of warm up). I think it was counting steps? I'm not sure. So with the fitbit do you have to choose an activity to do when you push the activity button or is it a general "I'm starting to purposefully exercise"?

My husbands watch had my stats. With his smart watch you can only log walking, running, and cycling. Which 30DS isn't any of these of course. He told me to just choose running. I'm assuming that's why it only said I burned 78 calories. Fitbit is different right? I mean aerobics can be logged too?
-
I has S Health that maps out how fast I walk and how far and how long. Man that blows. Almost not worth it. I kid I kid. Mostly.
-
So adding 30lbs on my back doesn't do anything? I was definitely in a steady state of cardio. She's heavy lol
-
I wore my husbands watch (samsung something) and my heart rate stayed elevated the whole time but it said I only burned 78 calories. His isn't actually a fitness watch and doesn't tract cardio like the fit bit does. I just don't want to get the fitbit then realize it's not going to work out with 30DS as that's my main…

Are you measuring your calories burned using MFP? If so only eat back about half as they are usually over estimated.
-
How many does mfp say you should have?
-
I used to go every Friday. But since changing my lifestyle I haven't went. I don't want to eat it every week again but I've been thinking about figuring out a way to enjoy it once a month or so.
-
Because chipotle is amazing? So how does one save up calories throughout the week? Does that really work?
-
That's interesting!

Aw a new puppy <3 I have 2 dogs. A 2 year old Pug and a 2 year old deaf Boxer. It's been an interesting and challenging journey learning how to care for a totally deaf dog but so amazing and rewarding :)
-
Well I just looked at its actually 1500 calories and I'm only alloted 1290 for the whole day :o
-
Body fat measured by scales are wildly inaccurate.
-
So taking a few days break then increasing my calories and I should be good to go again? Anyone have an opinion of how many days? 3? Less? More? Once I start back how often should I have rest days?
