On my dashboard is says that I am over budget and that I have 282 calories left in my budget. How can I be OVER budget but still have calories to use? Does everyone basically ignore that?

I went on a 1 mile walk (30 min) at 3.0 mph with my 33lb toddler on my back. I weigh 204 and I'm 5'4.5 I walked on the road then up and down a hill. You want a super crazy unhealthy meal? Let's hypothetically say it's a Chipotle burrito and chips. Which would average out to like...uh...ball park...1k calories.

Why is it getting harder
30 day shred was going great. My stamina was increasing and I was starting to feel energized after. Now the past week it's getting harder and harder to complete. It's not making sense and starting to frustrate me. Any insight?

Favorite/most accurate scale
I bought a $20 scale from Walmart and it was a mistake. It gives insanely different readings back to back sometimes up to a 5lb difference. Sometimes I have to weigh myself back to back many times before getting a consistent reading. So what's your favorite most accurate scale aside from the one at the dr!

Substitute for push up
I am doing 30 day shred and I injured my wrist. Putting any amount of pressure while it's bent isn't possible right now. Can anyone recommend a substitute for push ups?

Can you lose too much too quickly?
I've went from eating what I want when I want to staying within my nutritional guidelines. I've went from basically seditary to doing the 30 day shred nearly daily. I've lost 6lbs in 10 days. It's that too much? Are there drawbacks?

How much (if any?) Calories Can/should be left over at the end of the day on MFP? Should you eat back the calories lost from exercising?
