I went for a long walk outside today because the weather is so beautiful. About halfway through my walk I realized I couldn't feel my roll of back fat anymore!! Haha, good riddance to it!

For me, I can't think of getting up as optional or I'll fall back asleep. I think of it like my job - I wouldn't hit the snooze and sleep through work, so I can't do that through a workout either. Non-negotiable :)

I took 34 seconds off my 5k time this morning, which is HUGE. I'm not sure what came over me but I was crushing it. Current PR is 29:08, my next goal is to get below 28 minutes. Hopefully by the end of summer!

I tried on a bridesmaid dress this morning that I had worn 8 months ago. I knew I had lost a lot of weight, but seeing how big it was on me almost made me cry.

I'm 5'9"! My before picture was taken July 2015 at about 215 lbs. My after picture was taken this morning at the gym (what can I say, I was feeling good). I'm currently at 171 and wanting to get down to about 150.

I ran 10 miles on Sunday. It was a new distance record for me!

I had to go to David's Bridal on my lunch to exchange my bridesmaid dress for a smaller size. Which is 3 SIZES smaller than what they measured me as in October. From a size 14 to an 8!

I ran 7.33 miles this morning without walking at all! I'm training for a half marathon and had a lot of doubt about whether I'd be able to do it, I even considered changing my registration to a 10k instead. But I still have 13 weeks to train and I'm ahead of schedule! I need to learn to not underestimate myself.

It was around August that I really started focusing on my diet and was able to lose the rest. So it took me about 5 months to lose the remaining 40 lbs. I drink water like it's going out of style, which forces me to take frequent restroom breaks. Then I use the restroom furthest away so I get more steps and even a flight of stairs several times throughout the day. Drinking lots of water is good for you, so it's a win-win!

I'm 5'8.5" at 184 lbs and I'm a very comfortable size 12. I can *squeeze* into some size 10 clothes from when I was thinner, but I probably need to lose 5-10 lbs before I can truly say I'm a size 10.

I live alone, so I buy it because it lasts longer before spoiling. I was wasting so much milk before I switched - I just couldn't go through it quick enough. Also, I think unsweetened vanilla almond milk is delicious.

I just started taking the Les Mills classes about a week ago. I'm hooked and have gone every day. My favorites are Pump and Combat! I've only done the pump, rpm, and step so far. All three were amazing workouts! I think pump is my favorite of the 3. I'm trying combat tonight and attack tomorrow. Both excited and terrified!
