Finding ways to get my @$$ out from behind a desk

I know there has to be people out there working a desk job 9-5 like me. I need to find ways to get my @$$ out from behind my desk throughout the day. An app to remind me, or ideas from other people on how to just get up and walk away. The more times throughout the day the better.

    I get up at least 5 times a day and climb the stairs ... walk down to the main level, hike 5 flights of stairs back up again. I do this when I get up to use the toilet and get myself another cup of coffee and/or glass of water ... it only takes a few minutes, but gets the heart rate up, and apparently burns 30 cal each time I do it.

    I also walk as part of my commute, and for a minimum of 20 min at lunch.

    I drink water like it's going out of style, which forces me to take frequent restroom breaks. Then I use the restroom furthest away so I get more steps and even a flight of stairs several times throughout the day. Drinking lots of water is good for you, so it's a win-win!
