  • My lowest was 146 in 2014 for my wedding. Touched it again for a few days in 2016 but then bounced right back to my standard weight of 155. Then of course Christmas eating happened and I'm suddenly at 157.

  • Me too, trying (again) to lose 10-15 pounds. The same 10 pounds I lost last year and put straight back on Grrr. This time I have a wedding to go to in February and then another in June so hopefully that will give me the motivation to keep it off...just need to actually lose it in the first place now.
  • I'm the same, keep starting, losing 10 lbs ish them going straight back up again. Ten years and two children later I'm exactly the same weight as I was when I started.   • I will join this, trying to shift a few pounds by the time the kids go back to school in september. sw - 155 cw- 152 gw for end of aug - 147 weigh in day is fridays( give myself as much time as possible to recover after the weekends....)

  • A dress I bought last year without trying on that was just too tight to wear so has sat in my wardrobe. Wore it last weekend, still a bit tight bit certainly wearable, next goal is to wear it and my able to breathe properly in it haha
  • Some knickers that I've had in the drawer that were way too tight last year so I never wore them actually fit me! I can't believe it , I honestly thought they'd never fit me as they were so tight
  • I've just changed my goal to half a pound a week, two months of 1260 Cals (with many many cheat days) is enough for me. 1490 cals is luxurious now! I dont even care that the loss will slow down, ive been hovering around 148 for a few weeks now so I'm trying the slow and steady approach and so far I'm liking it.

  • Yup, agree with the one cal cooking spray, herbs and spices I usually don't track but if I add it as a recipe I include it in there for future reference. I also estimate milk in tea and coffee , measured it once to get the rough idea what I normally use. I think I track everything else though.
