Hi ya I’m trying to lose at least 10lbs by December, or up to 15. I am a week in and would love some girl support

I've got about 35-40 total pounds I'd like to lose (after gaining 20 back...), but 10 is my first short term goal and I'd defiantly like to do it by mid December. Count me in!6

20 is my long term goal but I don’t want to put too much pressure instantly so 10 will do and 15 will get me back to my old weight 2 months ago2 -

Me too! My goal is to lose 10 pounds- I don’t really have a deadline for it though. I have a really small deficit- like 60 calories per week small because I’m really not happy when I eat less than that, so it’ll be a slow loss for me but hopefully worth the wait!2

Me too, trying (again) to lose 10-15 pounds. The same 10 pounds I lost last year and put straight back on Grrr. This time I have a wedding to go to in February and then another in June so hopefully that will give me the motivation to keep it off...just need to actually lose it in the first place now.5
