Lost 10lbs...see no difference

I've been 20 pounds heavier than I am now, I've also been 10 pounds lighter but my clothes size has stayed the same and really to look at me there's not much differencen the only thing I notice is my collar bones show through more! I'm hoping people will notice with the next 20 pounds loss...
