There is a food scale that I bought at the Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It has a little book of codes and you can enter the code into the food scale, and it'll give you all of the nutritional info of that fruit/vegetable. I've had mine for over 3 years and I love it! That is such a rude thing to even suggest!! If in doubt, she shouldn't have brought it up at all. When I was bigger, nobody could really tell I was pregnant because my belly was already big. It wasn't obvious until my 3rd trimester.

Same here! I was truly oblivious and ignorant as to what I was eating and how many calories I was consuming.

A half-chicken plate from Stripes. I used to eat that plate (which comes with a half-chicken, rice, beans, and 1 tortilla) at least 3 times a week because that was one of the only meals that could fill me up. 1600 CALORIES without the tortilla.

Thanks everyone for the response. I will continue weighing things raw and using that info. @Gaucho Mark I try not to use oil when cooking to avoid the extra calories. My food comes out a little more burned looking lol but it's no big deal :P

I just sent you a friend request :) Looking for support! I had lost 75 lbs. and then I got pregnant and gained some of that back.. I just gave birth in November and I'm working to lose what I gained and then some more.
