@devrinator hey read your “vent” didn’t see what your workout schedule was like? You have to consider stress, lack of sleep and hormones. Since you don’t eat junk you will have to check those areas and eat more fibre that keeps you full. Wish I had the answers for your solution it keep on the journey it’s a lifestyle
