I guess everyone has their own definition of grind. I just meant hard working people. I often add people that disappear after a week on MFP. I was just trying to avoid that. I would definitely call you a grinder since you have been in maintenance so long! Well done. Also, I am currently in the Biggest Loser Challenge which…

To each their own. Good luck on your journey. 💪

I'm 5'2" and would love some pals. I've been on MFP for a long time but have not been logging my food consistently. I lost 30lbs back in 2012 using MFP (gained it all back + some). I've realized I was successful at that time because I was interacting within my group and I can't do this myself. Please add me if you would…

Hi Ladies! Well I'm just stopping by to wish you all the best in the rest of your JMBR journey. I just can't seem to stick with it. It feels like a chore and I want to do enjoyable workouts like softball, other dvds... Take care! :)

Hi ladies! Oh man, @MarissaBlevins220 and @rumswood , this past week has been a super struggle for me. I took three rest days. Slowly losing motivation because I can't control my eating. The saying 'You can't out train a bad diet', is so true. Nice work, @1TheQueenB !

Hi @Raynn1 I just plugged in my numbers and a 15% cut would be 1,947 calories and a 10% cut would be 2,062 calories. I seem to be on the right track. Thank you ladies for the welcome!

Hi All, I used to be part of this group years ago under a different MFP name and had great success. I am 5'2" and 156lbs and my goal is to lose 25lbs. I've been this weight for the past three years. How I got to this weight was eating 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day! So cutting down to 1,200 just doesn't make sense. :/ I…

Hi Ladies! I'm currently on week three of JMBR. I completed a round in late 2012 with a group of ladies here on MFP. I really believe that was the key to my success. I would love to join your group and make some pals! :)
