Not sure where you are going or staying, but if its a resort destation, they tend to have excerise classes in the mornings. Also look for the health club exercise room. Or an even better idea explore the area by walking, hiking, swimming, bike rentals etc....

Is the problem eating unhealthy foods in the evenings? If so replace all the unhealthy foods with healthy items. Might also try eating / snacking throughout the entire day. Plan your meals and snacks and eat only whats planned.

Eat proper. Weight loss is obtained in the kitchen. Exercise. Fitness comes from within.

You will need to change your whole mind set. It's not a fad nor a quick fix. It's a lifestyle overhaul. It takes hard work and dedication. Most importantly you need to invest in yourself and never give up. You may stumble along your journey but you get back up and carry on!

As an example, I used thyroid, but yes either hyper or hypo thyroid conditions are tested by blood draw. Weight gain alone isn't a solid indication of a thyroid problem, there is many symptoms. It could be merely that you are not measuring the amount of food correctly, over / under estimating caloric consumption or burn.…

Excellent, but be wary the total number each week of weight taken off will so down. Don't get discouraged, it's a long journey!

May want to change the setting on your hrm to an option more reasonably in line with the activities. I.e. yard work ( if it has that setting )

It's a misnomer that lifting weights will bulk you up. To look like that you would need to massive weight and time. You should add weights to any regime, even 25lbs will do the trick.
