My name is Sheady. Looking forward to following Myfitnesspal daily.

Well I've done this about 3 months sporadicly . I eat well morning and noon. About 4:00 pm I eat so much at times wonder what I ate in the morning. Eating stops when I fall asleep. I'm in a cloud. I exercise 5 days a week, step with bars, spin, weights and yoga. I work hard with classes and relax during yoga. What suggestions to help me through this tough time.

    Is the problem eating unhealthy foods in the evenings? If so replace all the unhealthy foods with healthy items. Might also try eating / snacking throughout the entire day. Plan your meals and snacks and eat only whats planned.
