I posted a picture of his meals on my FB a while back. I had several marriage proposals. Haha @Redbeard333 Yes, he appreciates it very much & does many, many nice things for me. : ) @RunRachelleRun Try cooking double of everything & eating the leftovers the next night. It's an easy way to reduce your cooking by half.…

@ditsyblond17 Aw, thank you! The portioned meals are mostly for my husband. I freeze the extras for when the kids are hungry & I'm not around. But most nights I use bulk prepped foods to make dinner for whoever is home. For example, I'll throw precooked chicken on tortillas with fresh veggies to make tacos. At…

@zdyb23456 My husband works full time & is in school, too. I do his breakfast, lunch & dinners for the week. I also prep dinners for me & our (4) tween/teen-age kiddos. I have to or we'd be ordering pizza every night. My days start at 4:15 & I'm on the go with the kids (school, practices, games, volunteer/work schedules,…

I've never heard of a breakfast taco. Is it like a breakfast burrito but not rolled up?

Thanks! : ) @elothen I have teenagers, too. I used to have trouble keeping up with them, but now they can't keep up with me! My son's training for boot camp & asked to start running with me. I told him that he would have to start with my shorter runs. Haha

Teriyaki or BBQ'd chicken, brown rice & veggies. Prep every Sunday.

My husband & I did it together last spring. We lost a combined 66 pounds & I could finally start the lawnmower all by myself. Woohoo! It works, but it gets old fast & becomes super boring.

I never thought I'd adjust when I started drinking water all day. I had to go like every 20 min & I'd have to go ASAP! I, too, had only had the water in my coffee MANY days!!! But my bladder actually HAS adjusted! Yay! I don't restrict water in the evenings, so I do get up at night once or twice, but I'm ok with that.…

Just go & enjoy yourself! Who cares what any stranger might be thinking about your body. They don't know your story. And if you happen to be bigger than some woman who sits down next to you, she might've picked that chair because she's insecure. Everyone--AT EVERY WEIGHT--has something about themselves they they're…

Make water your new best friend. Drink, drink, drink! It really helps with that empty feeling.

My runner's legs! Long, lean & tan. Love them!!! Never thought I'd make peace with my thighs. They were what I hated the most when I was a teenager. Ha

This! Or you'll be so proud you'll start to cry and quickly realize it's really hard to run, breath & cry. I almost died that way. True story.

@ejb060793 Yes, it can be done. My husband works 6am-11:30, goes to gym for an hour at lunch, then back to work from 12:30-4. Then back to the gym for 2 hours of cardio after work. He showers at the gym & goes straight to school to heat up & eat his dinner before going to class. His class gets out at 9:30 & he still has an…
