I went from a size 20 to a size 6 by just walking. Later I added P90X, running, Fitness Blender workouts, wii Fit, etc, but I've never had a gym membership. The nearest gym to my house is an hour round trip. I'm a busy mom! Ain't nobody got time for that! You absolutely can lose weight without a gym membership. : )

I gain about 4 lbs that week. I crave sweets, but don't go crazy & eat everything in sight. Just a few bites of this & that to keep myself from feeling deprived. The extra lbs are gone by the next week.

Both. I reheat by popping one corner of the lid open & throwing it in the microwave. By trapping the moisture, it steams it. Doesn't take long to heat it. Tastes & smells good to me. : )

Oh, I solved this one long ago. I'd use a big plate & add their stuff to one side of my plate. Give them a little plate with almost nothing on it. Wait for them to want some of mine.
