Sounds good thx will give it a go and report back ;) - I've used so many calculators and all seem to put my bmr at roughly 1750? So if I eat 1800 /day (with no exercise cal) do you think this would give me enough of a deficit ? Currently my macros are at 150p 128c and 66f are these ok?

Thank you so much this was super helpful - I have remained at 50lb squats just until I improve form - but I guess it won't hurt to dial back and really work on that depth " one step back , two forward"

That looks great I am currently (2 mo in) doing ICF 5x5/ 3x week and HIIT 2x/wk - did you ever have any issues with full depth squats ? I'm struggling w those right now can only do 1/2 squats at best - I'm 5'8 with really long legs.

Quick ? I posted this is the main forums but didn't really get adequate responses : how important is it to meet your macro goals on rest days - I'm pretty good about staying within my daily calorie goal on rest days but sometimes do not meet my protein goals - is this a big deal if I am hitting all my macros on my wo days…

Bump^^ careful tho with doing it everyday/meal as the acid in lemon can ware down your enamal over time ^ chance of make teeth more vulnerable to cavities

Thanks for the reply - I'm really trying to avoid eating back my ex calories - so does it matter if I enter the accurate about of cal burned ? As for my treadmill work I do 2.8 at 1min and 7.0 at 30s ? for 30 min So not sure how that would translate in database - according to my treadmill I burn anywhere from 150-175 cals…
