I gained quickly but it had a lot to do with medications.
-
I actually like working out hard and for long periods of time.
-
I noticed the same thing, no weight loss, when I was on an antidepressant. It has picked back up since I went off it.
-
Every few days. It helps me know if I'm going off track.

Overweight really isn't big in the grand scheme of things and bmi changed in the 90s. Bmi is for population's not individuals so you might look good a little over what it recommends.

I feel better when I take vitamins but I had gastric sleeve surgery. I am deficient in some things too, like vitamin d.
-
I've been on both and don't notice they do much of anything for me depression wise I don't gain on them but do find it hard to lose weight.
-
Me too, exactly the same food. I think some cravings or overeating may just be habit.
-
I'm happy to log if it gets results! I've lost almost 100 lbs.
-
Yeah, that makes sense. I've lost almost a 100 lbs and eat at a deficit but don't notice being any more hungry. The only thing I've wanted is steak or beef when I don't normally want it. I don't have any chocolate cravings or anything or want to eat more.
-
Lol, I love peanut butter from a jar!
-
I will want beef if I have a choice, like steak. I guess for iron.
-
It may be a weight thing or something like medication . I am over 200 lbs but never noticed myself being extra hungry during tom. I don't really get cravings either unless I am doing low carb or just not eating a very balanced diet.
-
I hate the skn. I don't like fat on meat either.
-
I think Wellbutrin actually makes my anxiety worse and Lexa pro makes me very tired.
-
I've never noticed a shortage of men on the boards, but often women care more about losing weight than men.
-
Totally agree with this!
-
Exercise makes me feel so much better and I lose better. I highly recommend it just for those reasons.
-
If you are morbidly obese, it is fine, but smaller sizes should lose weight slower and eat more.

All coke. Juice.

I just had the surgery in June. It is definitely a shock mentally and I've been struggling with social anxiety and walking depression some. I'm trying to work on those issues.
-
I am. I lost 60 before and 30 or so since. I had the surgery in June.
-
I did too. I switched to mynetdiary because it was so much simpler.

I agree. Both have their advantages. I really like that e-books don't have to be carried anywhere and you have your whole library with you. Sometimes you need a real book and an e-book just doesn't cut it, like e-cookbooks! It is very hard to use an online cookbook. Textbooks are often nice to have in person as well so you…

Some years ago, my neighbor came to my front door when I was having sex with my husband on the living room floor, where if she had looked in the mirror she could have seen everything. It just happened to be positioned right in the perfect place to get a full view. There was also a big open window. Oh, and after I moved in…

I have something like this. Once when I lived in Fort Worth, TX it rained when I was walking downtown. I did not have an umbrella or any change of clothes. I ended up having to take the bus home soaking wet. I was pretty embarrassed.
-
Lol, I have a problem with running into a wall sometimes too or choking on my own spit!
-
Lol, I am exactly the same way! I can't even dance in my room. I am that bad.

I am not a huge fitness buff or anything. Actually the opposite is more true, but learning the hard way ( from injury) it is important to start at your level and not go gung ho if you are not really ready. I agree with your friend that doing Stronglifts as a beginner female could lead to injury and that it is better to…

Okay, when I first started working out a long time ago. I did many stupid things! My two stupidest are (1) I did very heavy weights when I didn't even know how to properly squat so I injured myself very badly. I couldn't even move for like a week and was in excruciating pain from something tearing in my right butt/back. I…
