Food manufacturers are allowed to round the calories on the labels. They also are allowed to leave out calories from fiber. My 180 calorie cereal really has 220 based on the macros. I usually have a few rounding error calories left over. Don't let it drive you crazy,and always go by your macros.

It's a good idea to take a maintenance break every 8-12 weeks. So yes, I'd suggest eating at maintenance for 2 weeks and then resume your deficit.

I go in the morning before work. If I worked out afterwards, there's too great a chance that something will come up or I'll just not feel like it.

I don't have either device, but I have ordered an Oura (https://ouraring.com/). I especially liked how it focused more so on the sleep aspect of things and measures how well you recover from daily activities. I'm excited to get mine. Perhaps it may have more of the features you're looking for.

I treasure my soy Cinnamon Dolce Latte with Whip, so I'll only get them once in a while now. And when I do get them, it's more of a real treat. But you can slash calories by using sugar-free syrup and skipping the whip.

I'm just starting over again, so nowhere near maintenance. However I did lose 50 pounds before and within a few months was gaining again. I'll likely need to track forever, and I'm ok with that.

When I go out to eat, I go to enjoy that meal and company I'm with. I'm not going to obsess about what the nutritional profile is. Food should be enjoyed. If the majority of your diet is made up of healthy, cooked at home meals, an occasional restaurant meal is something to indulge in.
