Yes I agree it is more noticable now I am slimmer. Sometimes my tummy will stick out more than usual and feel a bit more flabby. Thanks for your replies x

What I do is look at the calories on the packaging for 100g say it's 176 cal. Then weigh what I'm having, say 29g and work it out from there. So 176 x 0.29 = the total will be the correct calories and you can either quick add the calories or make the product you scan to the correct cals.

Thanks for this. I think it will help a lot of people. It took me a while to get used to the fluctuations. It is still frustating seeing the scale jump up but I've found that weighing daily gets you used to those jumps. Taking measurements and how your clothes fit is a better indication of fat loss. B)

So it's been 12 days since I posted my question. I have lost 8lb of the water weight so I am only 2lb up from my original weight. I thought I would post an update in case it helps someone else.

Microwave rice is meant to be 2 portions a packet @ around 200 cals per portion. Seems quite low in calories but its a tiny portion for one person. Ok if your having chips with it though or a tonne of veg.
