• I'll take some of your spare breast tissue monkeefan. Mine are like half empty water balloons now :'(
• Ive lost 65 lb and gone down a band size and cup size.
• Same with mine it has synced for over the weekend but it has stopped again today. This is doing my head in as I like to keep myself accountable and I am much more likely to overeat if it doesn't sync. What you going to do about it MFP its a bloody joke?
• Come on mfp when you gonna sync for us?
• Same here. It's like someone has forgotton to flick a switch before they finish for the weekend.
• Absolute piss take. It's happening far too often. :s :#
• OMG I would be starving if I only ate 900 cals in a day. I have that in one meal!
• You should never feel guilty about eating food. It's something we all have to do to survive. You say your cheating. I used to think having a weekly takeaway was cheating but since I've developed a healthy relationship with food I've realised I can enjoy any food I like as long as it fits my calorie allowance and if I go…
• Same here. Last time it happened I just left it and it caught up with itself. So frustrating though :#
• I wouldn't take dietary advice from someone who *kitten* is the size of the moon! Shes attractive but her body is out of proportion.
• Mine varies a lot. I could do 8000 steps one day it'll give me about 400 extra calories then I could do 10000 steps and it'll only give me 300 more. I think it depends on the intensity of your activity. My fitbit is a charge 2 so has a heart rate monitor.
• I work nights and I quite often have to skip my meal before I go to work simply because I am too tired to cook and need the extra hours sleep. What I then do if I am under my calories is eat something smallish when I get to work and also have my regular meal but a bit later than usual. Or I can have an extra treat heavy on…
• I don't know about you but I find if I restrict myself from eating foods I enjoy I want them even more and have in the past binged on said food items and then felt guilty and restrict again and the cycle continued until I discovered MFP. After reading the sticky posts here and taking on board the advice given I realised…
• I've lost nearly 5 stone without having to cut carbs. I have carbs everyday...rice, potato, pasta, bread. There would be no way I could stick to any diet that banned certain foods. If you want to keep the weight coming off and be able to maintain that weight loss I would suggest you don't restrict yourself of any food you…
• I was born in 1973. I used to always play out after school, climbing trees etc. as there weren't any gaming console's or tablets/smart phones. We used to walk everywhere too.
• Patience grasshopper! It'll be water retention. Get used to it. I can put 5-8lbs on overnight then it's gone a few days later. Also don't concentrate too much on the numbers on the scale. Take measurements and go with how your clothes feel.
• Yeah I'm the same. I always did carry my weight mostly on my legs and bum. Since I've lost weight my bum's gone flat(ish) but I still have chunky thighs and calves. It's just one of those things. I would rather have chunky legs than super skinny ones though.
• I usually weigh the contents of the packet. You can weigh the whole packet without opening and then deduct the weight of the packet from the total weight. Then look at the calories for 100g and calculate from there. For example if your dry weight is 52g and the calories are say 150 calories for 100g. 150 X 0.52. Then you…
• My cat pokes me in the face with her paw.
Awww bless thats sooo cute. Not cute at 4am in the morning though when your knackered! :D
• "My alarm cat does not let me sleep past 8 AM. Sometimes she thinks she should be fed or petted at 4 or 6 AM." I feel your pain. I also have an alarm cat. The more I ignore her the louder she gets. Then she starts gently scratching my arm and sits on my head ha ha!
• I tried carb cycling. I didn't like it because I like fats and carbs together in a meal. Years ago I bought these 'fat burning' pills of internet. God only knows what was in them. Needless to say they didn't work.
• Sorry about that saunasuit I thought you were talking to me. Well done everyone. It's a great achievement. Lets hope we don't get back into bad habits. I know I won't.

• How I did it? Eat exactly what I ate before, just less of it. I walk a bit more than I did. Having patience and read the posts here every couple of days. There are some wonderfully wise people on here who talk a lot of sense. Oh and don't believe the woo/bro science that come with slimming aids. They're in it to make money.

• Hi, I work nights so I sleep (or try to) in the day, however on my nights off it varies a lot. My body clocks all over the place. I have noticed though that I am more hungry (or have increased appetite) when I sleep less than 7 hours and the scale doesn't budge. I endeavour to get 8 hours if I can but it's usually broken…
• Thanks everyone for your kind words. Best wishes to you all <3

• It's great isn't it. Yes I too only have 8lbs to be in the 'healthy bracket' but it's fine I'm happy. I haven't been this size since my early 20's and I'm loving life and loving food.

• This location you're describing sounds ideal. A bread tree would be heavenly. Mmm... "extremely processed" bread...
And extremely processed butter mmmmm
• Thanks so much. So glad I found this app. I think I would have given up if it wasn't for the community here. Reading the posts has helped me stay focused and be patient. I love being 'slim' again. <3
