I use this app to log my food, I have seen the dr and she thought I should eat carbs early in the day, I'm not on any meds so I have to be more diligent in my logging. I really appreciate any feedback, It really helps. thank you :)

I am 54 and have been struggling to lose this 100lbs! I have been logging and going to the gym. I think this time I will stick with it. For some reason its nice to go workout, put on some music and go to it. I have lost 14 lbs so far. Good luck, I know you can do this. Laney
