Need help eating better, sugar is my downfall! Help!!
I have been logging for 120 days, did really good the first few months but have been slipping back into old habits,eating candy and chips. I feel I don't know how to eat clean and what it takes. Any suggestion. I am 54 and this losing weight is not getting any easier :/

Has anyone heard of or done this program? I know a few people that have done this with really great success. My issue is that for 21 days you are on 500 calories a day. Sure this is very not healthy. what are everyone' s thought on this. No bashing please :)

sodium and carb amount on 1200 cal
does anyone know how many grams you should have for carbs, sodium, sugar and fat? I am trying to figure out what I should set my amounts to. I would like to keep my carb and sugar amounts low but does that make the other stuff go up? sorry so many questions. Thank you
