does anyone know how many grams you should have for carbs, sodium, sugar and fat? I am trying to figure out what I should set my amounts to. I would like to keep my carb and sugar amounts low but does that make the other stuff go up? sorry so many questions.
Thank you

If you cut back on carbs (sugar is a carb), then yes you will need to make up the difference with either protien or fats so that your calories stay at 1200.0

Yes - keep carbs under 100 grams/day. And yes, Healthy Fats should go up. Keep Protein moderate, NOT high.0
