I weigh myself daily. You had too much sodium. Drink a lot of fluid then weigh again tomorrow.

Find things you can eat. Popcorn, carrots, turkey pepperoni...

Binge eating is a serious thing! It's very possible you are under eating. A mistake a large amount of people make. Including myself. You should look into educating yourself about training and nutrition. I wish I had when I was a teen!!

The weight machines are just fine if that's what you like to do. Make sure your progressing though. Add some cardio, try some interval training. Free weights will add amazing curves to your body but don't do things unless you really enjoy it. People stay committed when they find and practice the activities they love

Stuff your face with a bag of plain lightly salted popcorn and some diet soda!! A bag of carrots or anything that is low in calories. That way you won't feel deprived today.

I'm down, I train 6-7 days a week 90 min. A day. I'm working on losing a little bit of body fat and I'm very dedicated.
