I'm not new to dieting but and new to this application. I have been finding it hard to get motivated and staying on track with eating properly. One day may be good then the next isn't !! any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated !

    Here's an anecdote:
    - Two people go to alcoholic's anonymous in order to quit drinking
    - One person because they've hit rock bottom and want to turn their life around
    - The other person attends because their significant other brow beat them into going
    - They're both attending the same classes, and using the same techniques. The program will work for one of them, but not the other. Why?
    - Because one of them wants to make the change necessary more than they want to continue to be an alcoholic. The other is there, but their heart's not in it.

    Your heart has to be in it, or no matter what app you use, what site you sign up for, what program you follow, you will find it impossible. Find your heart.
