Yes ....I have lupus and Fibromyalgia.... It's been very slow....but the weight is coming off. Pain and fatigue are awful.... But....onward...we can do it

Hey Jennifer! Glad you're here. There are some other new folks. I hope the group will get going again... I am 52...Mother of 2. My son who is 16 had downs and autism. I have lupus, fibromyalgia, and Interstitial cystitis....With some migraines and degenerative disc disease thrown in. Hang in there....

Hi Nikki. That's a lot to deal with. Sounds like you're doing well with MFP... Hope you find some pain relief!!!

Simply saline pediatric nasal spray.... It's just a gentle saline mist that will help loosen up what's in his nose and clear out the sinus... Also will help make the bulb syringe more useful and easier

Glad to find this thread. I have lupus and fibromyalgia... Lots of chronic pain and worsening arthritis. Could use some pals to help and motivate each other!

I too have lupus... And take steroids. It is not easy to lose weight, but everyone tells me it's possible. I have done well the last few weeks by sticking to my calorie limit and upping my water intake

Longer challenge sounds great. I just joined and am still figuring things out!
