Sorry guys I have terrible body image issues and I can't help it. The scale is dropping and I am losing inches but can't seem to get into smaller pants and it's frustrating.

This girl is disgusting. Being overweight is hard and it's even harder to get everything together to start losing weight ( knowledge, courage, ability etc. ) this isn't the way to motivate someone. This is just wrong wrong wrong.

I've been going to the gym for 3 months now and I've lost 32 lbs and I do weights 3 times a week. Eating at a caloric deficit is all it takes. I want to tone and shape so I'm doing weights with a little bit of cardio as well

Clean eating is all you need. Fruits veggies lean meats nuts and whole grains. Stay away for prepackaged "100 calorie snacks" they are disguised junk foods. Also read labels and make sure you are checking its portion sizes. Enjoy things you like once in awhile in moderation and use MFP :smiley:

Bio oil! It's helping to fade mine. I just had baby #2 4 months ago and I've also dropped 32 pounds since that too.

I find I go through phases where I'm more hungry at night so I just eat a lighter breakfast and lunch so I have more calories for at night time. It's extremely extremely rare that I go over my 1200 calories in a day and if I do it's only by a little bit.

Whatever I find healthy that fits my allowed leftover calories. Tonight I'm having a prepackaged portion of brookside chocolate covered fruit (90 calories per pack) some nights I just have air and water lol

I'm on a 53 day streak right now. I started my account when pregnant with my daughter weighing in at 200 pounds. I only lost 12 pounds post pregnancy and am currently at 160 pounds as of this morning !

I weight train 4 times a week and am still losing about 2 pounds per week.

I'm saving my money up to go on a big spree once I hit my goal weight. Until then I plan to buy no more clothing. Not sure how I'm going to manage as the sizes come off but I work from home so I mostly currently wear lounge pants that can easily be made tighter and I have maxi skirts etc for the weekends

I wish we could pick where it came off lol. I did take measurements and have lost almost 8 inches off my arms, thighs, waist , hips, and chest. I just want to get to a size 6 or 8. I just hope these thunder thighs will let me. Lol
