That's your decision, especially if you don't have a medical need to watch your sugar intake. I prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them, so I stick to diet soda and water only (or the rare Starbucks that I splurged on today).0

Love me a nice cold pop! Typically a diet pop but only because taste wise I prefer it to regular pop!0

I do not care about the sugar. The calories on the other hand, I don't have room to spare for one.0

I had a Coke and a Pizza Hut personal pan pepperoni pizza today. It was worth it.0

Yep, aside from that day I was trying to scan the bar code on the side of the open can and tilted the can too far...0

worth the price only if it has some rum with it.0

I know its still bad for you but personally I just drink diet sodas cause theres no sugar or cals0

I have a coke on a very rare occasion now. It took me years to get off of them completely.0

As long as your blood sugar didn't go through the roof, you're alright.0

Or pitch the pop and just drink the rum! Like a pirate!0 -
It's the calories that matter. If that's your happy item, including it in your diet isn't "bad". You just have to account for the calories.
There is no good biochemical evidence that non-diabetics must avoid all sugars. It is a food fad, and personally I was disappointed that MFP started yelling at me for my "excessive" sugar intake if I had anything at all with sugar in it. I'd like to turn that feature off, it annoys me when I exceed my sugar regularly from having plain milk and two or three pieces of fruit.0 -
I like soda, but I like my fudge pop better, so diet it is for me.
I also had a frozen mocha at panera bread since I figured I had calories from ultimate... It got cancelled because we only had 7 players total and 4v4 is the minimum0 -

@tomteboda You can! If you're on the Android app, open the menu and go to "settings," then "diary settings," then uncheck "show food diary insights."
ETA: Sometimes they're fun, though. I logged a burrito once and it warned me about fat. Five minutes later, I added a mini drumstick ice cream cone and got "You've reached your protein goal for the day!"0 -

Don't beat yourself up about it - you're allowed the odd treat, surely? You're obviously aware of what are good and bad choices.1
