Doesn't having too much sugar make you fat?? I thought that was the case. I always go over my protein

I might be wrong but if you add exercise to your log ins it will give you more calories etc to have. I don't log any exercise do I stick to the basic calorie allowance.

I used to have cheat meals once a week on the weekend but unfortunately I used to binge on the weekend with "cheats" now I use my calories to have that cheat and I know I'm not over eating by logging everything using my fitness pal.

From last week! I didn't have a great weekend but I wasn't bad enough to put on 4ibs!! I will check my weight tomorrow hopefully it's just water.

Thank you everyone. I have my BMR which is "You have a BMR of 1491.85" I have upped my calories on fitness pal app to 1,500. I've just been on the scales and I've put weight on which is so annoying as I've been eating 1,200 cals!!! :'(

I agree with you. quick fix diets are not good long term! You need something that you will do long term otherwise you may end up quitting. I have tried many quick fix diets before and they do work but not for the long term. I have used My fitness Pal app to calculate how many calories I should be eating each day to loose…

I don't drink alcohol at all. I used to when I was younger but now I prefer not to. It makes me feel really ill plus I would rather be able to eat more calories then drink them! :)

Thank you. I do weigh everything and the apple is the fruit bags from ASDA which are only 43 calories. I do try to weigh everything. I just feel if I was to have chocolate every day within my calories I would feel like it was a "cheat" and then give up and over-eat that's why I eat on the weekend but I suppose I'm…

My lunch is 100g of turkey mince with 100g of green beans. Low calories and low carbs as I like to have a bigger tea, usually meat with veg and potatoes.

Thanks for all the feedback. When I mean I eat a dominos I do have the "personal" size pizza which is 4 little slices! I also work out 5 times a week, I eat 1,200 cals a day. I will take on board all your comments thanks.
