  • CHALLENGE #1: “FROSTBITE FOOTRACE OR IDITAROD?” (Option #2 - 5K outside I Picked this challenge because I love walking plus the weather as been great I spread this challenge over 3 days.
  • CHALLENGE #3 I ate a few different green fruits/veggies: kiwi, apple, green grapes, spinach, lettuce, avocado pear and broccoli.
  • Challenge #3 I made curry goat and rice today I used scotch bonnet for that added spice, an ingredient used often in my household. I heard that spices help you to lose weight. The food was really nice and a lot of health benefits. @MissionEnforcer

  • Challenge #1 I chose the 5k frostbite foot race. I spread it over 3 days it helped to keep me active on my days off which I enjoyed and have missed doing for 2 weeks so hopefully would continue this going forward. This helps me to release stress. With regards to challenge 3 I made roasted Brussels sprouts :s it smelt awful but surprisingly tasted ok. I tossed a little olive oil and added salt and a bit of pepper to taste and roasted in oven.
