  • Started LCD a month ago! SW: 240 CW:238.7 My heaviest was 346 My lowest was about 18 years ago at 170 My current goal is to hit the under 200 mark My desired goal would be just to be comfortable and able to play with my children without getting hot flashes within minutes.
